Our cattle are Gelbvieh/Angus cross. They are chemical free, raised on pasture and grain fed. These are leaner beef than you find in grocery stores and better for you. They are sold by the quarter, the half, or the whole animal. Butchering, cutting, wrapping, and shipping can be arranged at time of purchase.
